Foz Holidays have teamed up with a fully-qualified physiotherapist who is living in Figueira da Foz to offer affordable, high quality massages and physical therapy to soothe aching muscles (or just to aid that holiday relaxation feeling!).

Arrange your appointment through your hosts, Jacques & Kate, for a time that's convenient for you.  The best part is that you don't even need to leave the house!  You can choose whether you'd like to enjoy a massage in the sunshine on the decking at Foz Holidays Surf House, or in the privacy of your room.

Prices start at €6 for work on a specific area- perhaps a shoulder strained by surfing- up to €20 for a complete massage that lasts for a full hour.  Contact us for more information.
