Forest Adventure Park in Figueira da Foz

At Parque Aventura take on the six levels of tree-top courses, including climbing walls, rope ladders and zip wires to claim Tarzan’s crown of King of the Jungle! Not for the faint-hearted, but nevertheless so much fun, the course tests your nerve and resolve in the treetops of Figueira da Foz.

Prices start from €10 for two hours of activities. Wear trainers, tie long hair back and note the height restrictions on different courses:

• Yellow: The easiest course- for everyone
• Green: Scale heights of 4metres- minimum height requirement 1.25m
• Violet: Scale heights of 7metres- minimum height requirement 1.25m
• Blue: Scale heights if 10 metres- minimum height requirement 1.4m
• Red: Scale heights of 12metres- minimum height requirement 1.4m
• Black: The hardest course, heights of 12 metres- minimum age 15 years.
