Getting from Porto airport to Figueira da Foz

Take the Metro, which is clearly marked as you enter arrivals,  You can buy a ticket from the machine before you get onto the Metro- there is usually a guard who can help if you don't have change or need to clarify anything.  Take a ticket to Porto Campanha (the central railway station) and hop on any tube- they all go through Campanha.  The metro will take roughly 40minutes and costs about €2.

At Porto Campanha buy a ticket from the ticket desk to Figueira da Foz (the price will vary depending on what lines you travel on, ask for cheapest which will cost around €14, but will mean a longer wait at Coimbra-b.  The most you'll pay is €20).  Usually there will only be one change- at Coimbra-b- however it is worth asking the ticket clerk when you buy your ticket.
