WCT is coming back to Portugal

After the Rip Curl Search event in Peniche of 2009 being the best stage of ASP it's coming back again.

The WCT event was said to be the best stage of the tour for not only it's waves being the best of the entire competition calendar, but also because the spectators got so involved with every stage of the event: cheering from the beaches and following the competiton as it moved to different breaks in the Peniche area.

So after over half of the Pro’s on the tour complaining about the wild card event being drawn at Supertubos, because 50% of them had never surfed it before, it’s been reported that they’re all super stoked to be coming back again. I know we are!
