Accommodation Prices & Policies

Prices are per person per night

We don't have a high season price - the price is the price. If you're looking for a long stay or want to book the whole house out please get in touch and we can come to a deal!

• We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to make your booking.
• Settle the balance when you see us.
• You can pay with us using PayPal or any major credit or debit card in Euros or Pounds or cash in Euros.
• We do not offer insurance but strongly recommend that you obtain some especially if you plan on surfing.
• Bookings cannot be made by anyone under 18 and minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• During high-season (July, August, September) our minimum booking period is 3 nights.
• Room will be available from 15:00 on day of arrival and must be vacated at 11:00am on day of departure. If we can be flexible on these times we will be.
• Our house is non-smoking - we've got a pretty large outside area.
• Because we provide fully catered accommodation and cook for you in the evenings, this does mean that you can't use our kitchen to cook for yourselves. If you choose B&B then you can always upgrade and eat with us or there's some nice restaurants nearby.
• You get: bed, linen, towel, place to store sports equipment (such as surfboards and bikes), place to dry any wetsuits etc, breakfast, afternoon tea, three course dinner which includes wine, tea and coffee whenever you want it and last but not least - us, your hosts!
