About Foz Holidays

Here at Foz Holidays everything is taken care of; we run our chalet like a home from home with all of the comforts you usually miss when you go away. From a home-cooked three course dinner every night, to a large living room filled with DVDs for you to watch and music to listen to, we have everything here to ensure that you can switch-off and relax.

We’re your hosts, Jacques & Kate, we've worked, surfed, snowboarded and skied our way around some of the most popular resorts in Europe and have fallen in love with Figueira da Foz.  We’ve made this friendly, traditional Portuguese town with amazing surf breaks our home, and want to share it with guests.

With many years of hospitality and cooking experience between us working in backpacker’s hostels to hotels with sojourns in bakeries, delis chalets and restaurants along the way, we have decided to combine our passions and talents and establish Foz Holidays: a place where you’ll feel well fed, welcome and well informed about this great town and it’s wonderful coastline.
